2. Design your character
   Share your ideas for hair color, clothing, posture, and more. Our artist will respect your wishes and use your photos as the main reference.

3. We sculpt and send a preview
   The sculptor creates a preliminary sample based on your photos and ideas, then sends you pictures so you can review and suggest changes.

4. You confirm, we finish
   After you confirm the shape and likeness, we complete the rest of the details and get your Christmas bobblehead ready for shipping.

• Photos required:
  Please upload three full-body photos (because the entire body is customizable).

• Material:
  Made from polymer clay, a modern DIY material that is baked to harden and can be stored for a long time.

• Craftsmanship:
  Exquisite facial features, smooth clothing texture, detailed shoes—every detail is carefully carved and shaped by hand.

• Production time:
  Each bobblehead requires 3–7 business days to handcraft. We’ll email you when the head is finished for review.

• Decoration limits:
  The production scope does not include large props like tables, chairs, musical instruments, or animals unless specially arranged (and extra charges may apply).

• Skin tone note:
  The complexion cannot be 100% identical to real skin. Polymer clay naturally bakes slightly darker than it appears in photos.

Design & Care Tips

• Size meaning:
  The size refers to the height of the standing figure from head to toe, not your real height and not a sitting/lying pose.

• Head styles:

  • Stationary head: Can create any hairstyle.

  • Bobblehead: Works best with short hairstyles only.

• Revisions & timing:
  The shipping date depends on how many changes you request.

  • If modifications are needed, please reply within 48 hours of receiving the preview.

  • If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours, we’ll assume everything is approved and continue production.

  • After that point, the product can’t be modified.
